The first step for admission into Imago Dei Foothills Academy is to meet and/or speak with the founder of Imago Dei, Terra Beck who can be reached at:

Parents of prospective students will fill out a New Student Enrollment Packet, which includes a Statement of Faith that must be completed and signed. New Student Families pay a $250 Commitment Fee (per family and non-refundable unless your child is placed on a waiting list)*. After we have received the Student Enrollment paperwork and a signed Statement of Faith, your child’s name will be placed on the roster in PENDING status.

After receiving all records (previous school records, psychological testing, end-of-year results, IEPs, etc.), Imago Dei will schedule placement testing for your child. New students will incur a $100 testing fee if Cognitive/Achievement testing has not been completed within the past year. Testing will be completed at IDFA through Smoky Mountain Academics and Testing, with an educational consultant. These assessments are used solely to determine the student’s current baseline and instructional starting point.
If your child has been tested recently, IDFA can evaluate standardized and/or professional testing that occurred within one school year to determine if additional testing is needed. If there are behavioral concerns, an observation may be needed by IDFA staff prior to acceptance. 

After completion of testing and results viewed from IDFA, your child will receive an acceptance or denial letter from Imago Dei Foothills Academy. Once your child has been admitted into IDFA, their name will move from Pending to Active status on the roster.
